June 5th, 6th, 7th:  Association Garage Sales

June 14th:   Dumpster Day (Dumpster will be located on the corner of Delray & Exeter) 8am – 12 noon

September 27th:  2025 Fall Block Party – 5pm to 8pm – On Chantilly between Rockwood and Maxim

October 16th:  2025 Annual Meeting – 7pm – St. Charles in the Hession Center

October 18th:  2025 Fall Dumpster Day – 8am -12pm Noon – Delray and Exeter
